Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using SaloSpa, you agree to these terms. SaloSpa is operated by NEI SHOT WEBX SOLUTIONS CC ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SaloSpa provides salon, spa, and barbershop management software including online booking, point-of-sale, client management, staff scheduling, and SMS reminders. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account or use the platform for more than one business under a single subscription.

4. Subscription and payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in Namibian dollars (NAD). Payment is due before the subscription period begins. We reserve the right to suspend access if payment is overdue. Fees are non-refundable except where required by Namibian consumer protection law.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into SaloSpa (client records, appointments, sales, etc.). We process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details. You may export or request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use SaloSpa to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to clients
  • Store or transmit illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
  • Resell or sublicense access to the platform

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Namibian law, our liability for any claim arising from use of SaloSpa is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you may request a data export within 30 days before your data is deleted.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Namibia.
