Who we are

SaloSpa is a product of NEI SHOT WEBX SOLUTIONS CC, a Namibian company. We provide salon, spa, and barbershop management software. Our website is salospa.neishot.com.

What data we collect

Salon owners (subscribers): name, business name, email address, and phone number on registration. We also store all business data you enter: appointments, clients, staff, sales, and settings.

Salon clients (end customers): when you book an appointment online, the salon collects your name, phone number, and email. This data is stored within that salon's account and we process it on their behalf.

Usage data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance.

How we use your data

• To provide and operate the SaloSpa platform
• To send appointment reminders via SMS on behalf of salons
• To send transactional emails (password reset, email verification)
• To maintain security and prevent fraud
• To improve the platform based on usage patterns

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers accessible from Namibia. We use HTTPS/TLS for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

• Tuma SMS — for sending SMS appointment reminders

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at hello@salospa.neishot.com. Salon owners may delete their account and all data from the settings page.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
